Totla Testing Service has technical expertise in the areas of textiles, leather goods and footwear to offer a rigorous inspection service at your production site in accordance with ISO/IEC 17020.
We offer three types of inspection:
Pre-inspection
“Identify risks before production”
This step allows you to identify non-conformances for better quality of your products before starting production. Our QC inspectors visit your supplier’s site to perform a physical inspection of the raw materials and production site.
Online inspection
“Strengthen production control”
On-the-job inspection of production can usually take place when 20% to 80% of your products are already manufactured and being packaged for export. It is part of your overall quality assurance program and provides you with the opportunity to implement the necessary corrective measures at an early stage.
Final inspection
“Avoid loss before shipping”
Pre-shipment inspection is an essential element in supply chain management to avoid losses. It takes place at the end of the production process, once 80% to 100% of the goods have already been manufactured and packaged for export. We meet the specific requirements of your item.
We customize each inspection by matching our checklists with your specific product requirements and meeting your Acceptable Quality Level (AQL). These lists provide a comprehensive classification of the detected defects.
